Description

The KMSI.AC Electric pedestrian pallet Stackers with initial lift ideal for handling open based pallets (europallet 1200x800mm mainly) in terms of Mid to Heavy-duty application.

The modern CAN Bus electronics requires less wiring, gives better reliability and provides easy and fast diagnostics. The virtually maintenance-free transmission with it’s 3-phase AC drive motor combined with the modern AC pulse controller ensures high efficiency and low energy consumption, thus gaining high speed and powerful acceleration. Additionally the REGENERATIVE BRAKING-mode as standard with the energy reclamation to the battery benefits a longer travel distance with a single battery charge.
The batteries with capacity up to 375Ah and the ON-BOARD charger as standard provide enough energy for a single-shift application and with the optional sideways battery removal system every multi-shift task could be carried out.

Multi-shift operation KMSI.AC stackers can be optionally equipped with Li-Ion batteries 25,6V with capacity up to 300 Ah, providing excellent autonomy by featuring fast opportunity charging when stackers stay idle. Such machines with rated capacity 2000 kg. via their efficient drive/pump units can achieve excellent average consumption and in that way to run 8 hr. or more with fully charged battery. Li-Ion battery 300Ah pack includes BMS (factory installed and adjusted Battery Management System) and External Charger 220V…24V/150A with CAN communication – charging time from 20% SOC (fully discharged battery / 80% DOD) to 100% takes 2,0 to 2,5 hours.
