Repair and troubleshooting visits will be schedueld upon sending an online request or sending by fax the attached form.

*Warranty service and out-of-warranty service of trucks is performed only within our production facility in Sofia.

*Note: Out-of-warranty repair works cost as follows:
• In Sofia : 18 EUR (VAT is not included);
• In the country: within 100 km range – 33 EUR; within 200 km range – 63 EUR;
within 300 km range – 95 EUR; within 500 km range - 120 EUR.
Costs for spare parts and repair works is calculated additionally.
